Personalised Diet Plan
WHICH PLAN IS BEST FOR ME?
We currently provide 1 day, 2 day and 3 day personalised diet plans. The plan you choose will be dependent on your individual preferences as to whether you prefer to consume the same foods on a more regular or constantly varied basis. If you are eating for performance and want your diet to match the varying intensity of your weekly training schedule, then a 3 day plan would be the better choice. If you simply want to know your macronutrient requirements for a typical day and ideal food sources for hitting those numbers, then a 1 day diet plan would be best suited.
CATERED TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS:
Your personalised diet plan includes a detailed breakdown of everything you need in order to independently buy and prepare the meals we provide you with. Each meal will include preparation guidelines where appropriate, quantities of food (provided as grams and cup sizes), and a clear protein, carbohydrate and fats breakdown for every meal and every ingredient within the meal. We pride ourselves on support and customer service.
